About the role
You will own the end-to-end creation of video content that educates and inspires nonprofit professionals around the world. You translate complex fundraising and workplace giving topics into clear, engaging visual stories for webinars, training materials, and social platforms. You own the quality and consistency of motion graphics, animations, and final edits that represent Double the Donation's mission. You collaborate closely with internal teams to turn scripts, presentations, and webinar recordings into polished assets. You maintain a daily rhythm that balances deep creative work with reliable collaboration across US and Philippine teams. You are responsible for ensuring every video and visual element reflects strong branding and supports measurable engagement goals. If you are passionate about supporting nonprofits through compelling video, this role gives you ownership from concept to delivery.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Edit and produce educational video content for webinars, product walkthroughs, and training materials, ensuring clarity and professional quality.
- Create short-form video content for social media, including LinkedIn posts and promotional clips, optimized for nonprofit audiences.
- Transform webinar recordings into polished highlight videos, clips, and reusable educational assets for ongoing campaigns.
- Incorporate motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance storytelling and maintain viewer engagement across formats.
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate presentations, scripts, and concepts into engaging video content that explains complex ideas simply.
- Support the development of visual elements for presentations and slide decks when needed, aligning with brand standards and messaging.
- Maintain consistent branding, visual quality, and messaging across all video and presentation materials delivered to stakeholders.
- Review project requirements, set up editing sequences, and organize assets to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy or creativity.
- Monitor video performance metrics, using data to iterate on content style, pacing, and visuals for improved results over time.
- Proactively communicate with team members, clarify expectations, and adapt quickly to feedback or shifting project priorities.
Requirements
- Based in the Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term role.
- 2+ years of experience in video editing or motion graphics.
- Skilled in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro).
- Able to create engaging educational and promotional videos for webinars and social media.
- Experience growing measurable video metrics at a B2B company.
- Experience adding motion graphics and animations to enhance storytelling.
- Can turn presentations, scripts, or webinar recordings into polished video content.
- Detail-oriented with consistent branding and visual quality.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Good English communication skills for team collaboration.
- Proactive, reliable, and passionate about supporting marketing and educational initiatives.
Practical notes
- Work-from-home setup.
- Target of 42.5 billable hours per week.
- This role follows a consistent daily rhythm that aligns with US Eastern business hours while giving you time for rest, personal tasks, and balance throughout your day.
- Start your day with a 4.5-hour work block: 9:30am-2:00pm (PHT).
- Enjoy your afternoon free: 2:00pm-8:00pm (PHT).
- Finish your workday with another 4.5-hour block: 8:00pm-12:30am (PHT).
- Sleep/rest: 12:30am-9:30am (PHT).
- This structure offers a long midday break while supporting strong collaboration with US-based teams during their business hours.
- Work-from-home setup.
- Note: All of these times would shift 1 hour later when the time difference switches to 13 hour differences from 12 hour differences.
- We currently have 100 team members who live in the Philippines who have been fantastic team members and we're excited to add new team members to this new role.
