About the role
You will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of community initiatives that deepen relationships with nonprofit partners and elevate Double the Donation's mission. This role centers on designing, hosting, and optimizing educational digital experiences that teach nonprofit professionals about matching gifts and workplace giving. You will act as a bridge between the business and its community, ensuring every interaction reinforces trust and shared purpose. You will translate complex concepts into engaging, accessible content that resonates with a diverse, global audience. You will leverage data and feedback to continuously refine programs, ensuring they deliver tangible value to participants and partners. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align community activities with broader product and campaign objectives. Ultimately, you will represent the voice of the community while advancing the company's mission-driven growth.

What you'll do
Coordinate and execute a robust calendar of virtual events and webinars focused on matching gifts and workplace giving education.
Develop and support the creation of educational video content and community-facing resources that simplify complex giving topics.
Manage end-to-end event logistics, including scheduling, registration workflows, and attendee communications for digital programs.
Create event and webinar marketing materials, such as promotional graphics, presentations, and supporting collateral to drive engagement.
Collaborate with business partners to design mutually beneficial marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and shared goals.
Track and analyze engagement and participation metrics to inform future community programming and content strategy.
Repurpose webinar and event assets into ongoing educational resources that sustain community impact between live sessions.
Provide operational and marketing support for digital events, ensuring seamless execution and a consistent participant experience.
Manage ongoing relationships with business partners to align on objectives and support mutually beneficial marketing goals.
Collaborate with community partners on digital marketing initiatives to amplify brand awareness and mission-driven messaging.
Work with internal teams to align event and video content with product updates, campaigns, and evolving industry insights.
Requirements
You must be based in the Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term, full-time commitment.
You must possess exceptional English verbal and written communication skills across all community touchpoints.
You must have a strong academic background, graduating with an outstanding General Weighted Average.
Your major must align with fields such as Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Public Administration, or other Liberal Arts and Business degrees.
You must demonstrate highly organized habits and outstanding organizational ability in fast-paced environments.
You must be proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented in every aspect of your work and responsibilities.
You must be passionate about marketing, technology, and data-driven results that show clear community impact.
You must thrive in a dynamic, change-driven environment where decisions can happen quickly and adaptability is essential.

Practical notes

The engagement targets 42.5 billable hours per week.
