- Develop and manage employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback sessions, and team-building activities to enhance workplace morale.

- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, using data to inform decision-making and strategy development.

Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources or people and culture management, preferably in a creative or technology-driven environment.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive employee engagement and organizational success.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations relevant to Australia, with the ability to apply this knowledge effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Experience in talent acquisition and onboarding processes, with a focus on creating a positive candidate experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage employee relations issues with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools, with a strong aptitude for data analysis and reporting.
