Customer Support
Job description
About the role
You are the first line of defense and the trusted voice of Flux for every user who reaches out, owning the end to end journey of each support interaction from initial contact to complete resolution. You will translate the raw curiosity or frustration of a user into structured information that the product and engineering teams can act upon, directly shaping the future of the platform. This role requires you to build deep expertise in the Flux design environment so you can guide people through complex workflows with clarity and confidence, turning abstract prompts into concrete understanding. You will create and evolve the documentation and help resources that empower the community to solve problems on their own, reducing friction and building trust. You will analyze patterns in incoming questions to surface systemic issues and opportunities for product improvements, acting as the primary connector between the user base and the internal teams. You will define and refine the processes and tools used to handle support activity, ensuring that operations can scale smoothly as Flux grows. You will represent the customer perspective in every discussion, ensuring that the voice of the user is heard and prioritized across the organization. You will partner closely with engineers and designers to validate hypotheses, reproduce bugs, and verify that fixes truly solve the problem for real people in the real world.
