About the role

Flexport is looking for a recruiter to manage hiring across Engineering, GTM, and operations functions throughout Europe. You will work within a collaborative team to attract talent and improve recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various departments including Engineering, Sales, G&A, and Operations.
• Source passive candidates and monitor data to optimize recruitment ROI.
• Collaborate with local business leaders to support regional growth.
• Partner with hiring managers to assess candidates and finalize offers.
• Report on pipeline metrics, funnel performance, and hiring data to stakeholders.
• Lead recruitment projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Represent the company brand across the European region.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, specifically in-house.
• Proven track record of hiring for sales, engineering, and corporate roles.
• Ability to manage relationships with candidates, interviewers, and leadership.
• Experience with Greenhouse or similar recruitment CRMs and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong focus on results and process improvement.

Nice to have

• Experience working in both agency and in-house settings.
• Background in logistics or supply chain recruitment.
• Experience recruiting across multiple European countries.
