What you'll do

• Collaborate across departments to transform raw data into actionable business strategies.
• Consult with product and business stakeholders to translate OKRs into technical analytical solutions.
• Develop data models using proprietary software to drive growth and reduce costs.
• Enhance financial and operational productivity across our software and business units.
• Prototype dashboards to establish new workflows and best practices for internal teams.
• Influence the long-term roadmap for both the Data Analytics team and our internal partners.
• Establish and maintain high standards for analytical processes and team excellence.

Requirements

• 1 to 5 years of professional experience in a Product Analyst, BI Engineer, or Data Analyst role.
• Advanced SQL proficiency, including the ability to build complex ERDs and translate them into business insights.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to identify pain points and build empathetic, user-focused solutions.
• Interest in measuring automation and optimizing operational productivity.
• Familiarity with applied statistics and scripting in Python or R.

Nice to have

• Experience with ELT data modeling, specifically using dbt.
• Proficiency in building data visualizations with Looker.
