What you'll do

• Navigate international customs regulations to ensure full legal compliance.
• Manage data and documentation required for customs clearance with the CBP.
• Coordinate with international clients and logistics partners to provide status updates and support.
• Utilize internal software to optimize customs workflows and provide data insights to clients.
• Participate in client business reviews and operational meetings to support high-level strategy.
• Maintain and improve standard operating procedures to increase efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong commitment to regulatory compliance and professional integrity.
• Ability to solve problems and manage high volumes of tasks with minimal supervision.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new technology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
