[Remote] Product Manager

About the role

FlexBoard is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development of payment features for our car financing platform. You will build solutions that help underserved borrowers access credit while managing the full lifecycle of payment processing.

What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end payment experience, including authorization, settlement, reconciliation, and refunds.
• Coordinate with engineering and cross-functional teams to plan, prototype, and launch new product features.
• Define and track payment performance metrics such as authorization rates, fraud loss, dispute rates, and transaction costs.
• Analyze user data and market insights to build the product roadmap and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Oversee integrations with banks, payment gateways, and financial networks like ACH and card processors.
• Report project status and post-launch outcomes to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management or working directly with technical teams.
• Technical knowledge of payment processing, including ACH and NACHA protocols.
• Experience managing product integrations and working with APIs.
• Understanding of payment lifecycles, dispute management, and transaction monitoring.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate across diverse teams.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools.
• Hands-on experience with financial infrastructure or payment platforms.
