FlexBoard is seeking a Data Scientist to join our team. This role will focus on analyzing business data to drive strategic decisions and improve product offerings. You will work with various datasets to uncover trends and provide actionable insights.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement statistical models to understand user behavior and business performance.
• Create dashboards and reports to communicate key metrics and findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define data requirements and measure impact.
• Conduct A/B tests and analyze results to inform product development.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Economics.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in a data science or analytics role.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with Python or R for statistical modeling and data analysis.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques.
