Key facts
What you'll do
Drive product expansion across critical customer touchpoints, including initial use, feature adoption, revenue generation, and ongoing engagement.
Develop and refine repeatable, scalable, and measurable growth mechanisms within the product.
Gain a deep understanding of user actions, funnel performance, and value realization to pinpoint key areas for improvement.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, marketing, and customer-facing teams to create and implement effective strategies.
Utilize quantitative data, qualitative feedback, and product expertise to shape priorities and make informed decisions.
Formulate and test hypotheses through structured experimentation and iterative development.
Contribute to the overall growth strategy and roadmap by identifying opportunities, recommending priorities, and overseeing execution.
Manage initiatives from initial concept and prioritization through launch, analysis, and ongoing optimization.
Clearly communicate progress, challenges, learnings, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
Help elevate the standards for experimental rigor, data-driven decision-making, and product quality within the team.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in product management, with a significant portion dedicated to product-led growth or experimentation in B2B SaaS environments.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to identify opportunities, assess performance, and guide decisions.
Thorough knowledge of product growth best practices, experimentation methodologies, and funnel analysis.
Demonstrated ability to understand users and unite teams around solving user problems.
Proven success in cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels, influencing direction and driving execution.
Demonstrated proficiency with modern AI tools and concepts, either by building AI-powered features or using AI to enhance product thinking, execution, analysis, and decision-making.
Nice to have
Experience in the fleet, automotive, or transportation software industries, or in vertical SaaS.
Familiarity with writing and reading SQL queries.
Experience optimizing multiple growth areas, such as onboarding, trial periods, adoption, monetization, or lifecycle engagement.
Experience with hybrid B2B product-led and sales-led growth models.
Experience optimizing established products as well as exploring entirely new product concepts.
Experience building, launching, or refining AI-powered product features or workflows.
Experience working in environments that prioritize design, user experience, and thoughtful growth strategies.
