Senior Sales Onboarding Manager

About the role

This position focuses on designing and executing training programs for new sales hires to ensure they reach productivity targets quickly. You will manage the end-to-end learning experience, refining content and delivery methods to support our growing global revenue organization.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain comprehensive onboarding curricula tailored to sales roles.
• Partner with sales leadership to identify knowledge gaps and update training materials accordingly.
• Facilitate live training sessions and workshops for incoming sales cohorts.
• Track performance metrics and training completion rates to evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure new hires understand the Fivetran product ecosystem and sales methodology.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales enablement, training, or onboarding within a fast-paced software environment.
• Ability to translate complex technical data movement concepts into digestible training modules.
• Strong project management skills with the capacity to handle multiple onboarding cohorts simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities for both virtual and in-person settings.
