Staff Product Manager

About the role

We are seeking a high-level product leader to drive the strategy and execution of our core data movement infrastructure. You will shape how organizations ingest, govern, and activate data across complex hybrid environments to support modern AI and analytics initiatives.

What you'll do

• Define the product roadmap for platform capabilities including security, governance, and extensibility.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to build scalable solutions for SaaS, database, and streaming data replication.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure our data movement tools meet the requirements of modern AI and cloud infrastructure.
• Manage the lifecycle of product features from initial concept through to deployment and market adoption.
• Address technical challenges related to data democratization and infrastructure modernization.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, specifically within the data infrastructure or SaaS space.
• Ability to manage complex technical products that serve both developers and enterprise business users.
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, cloud data warehouses, and data governance frameworks.
• Demonstrated success in delivering products that support large-scale data movement and integration.
