Fivetran is looking for a technical expert to serve as a dedicated architectural advisor for our most strategic clients. You will guide organizations through complex data integration challenges while ensuring their data movement strategy aligns with long-term business goals.

What you'll do

• Provide deep technical guidance to customers regarding their data pipeline architecture and Fivetran implementation.
• Act as a primary point of contact for complex troubleshooting and architectural design decisions.
• Assist clients in optimizing their data movement workflows to ensure performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to represent the voice of the customer and influence the product roadmap.
• Help organizations modernize their data infrastructure and prepare for AI-driven analytics.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data engineering, systems architecture, or a similar technical consulting capacity.
• Ability to manage high-level technical relationships with enterprise clients.
• Strong understanding of cloud data warehouses and modern data stack components.
• Proficiency in designing and maintaining data pipelines at scale.

Skills & tools

• Cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Databricks, Google BigQuery, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure).
• Data movement and integration strategies.
• API-driven workflows and data governance practices.

Practical notes

• This role is based in the AMER region with a focus on Colorado-based or remote US operations.
