Fivetran is seeking a Commercial Sales Director to lead revenue growth efforts within the EMEA region. You will manage a high-performing sales organization, focusing on scaling our automated data movement platform to mid-market and commercial accounts.

• Lead and mentor a team of commercial sales representatives to exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies that align with our broader EMEA business objectives.
• Oversee the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer success departments to improve lead generation and account retention.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting and performance reporting to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Proven track record of managing and scaling sales teams within the SaaS or data infrastructure space.
• Extensive experience selling complex technical solutions to commercial-level organizations.
• Deep understanding of the EMEA market landscape and regional business practices.
• Ability to navigate long sales cycles and manage multiple stakeholders within client organizations.
• Strong proficiency in CRM software and sales performance analytics.
