This position focuses on developing and refining prompts for our AI-powered quality management system. You will play a crucial part in enhancing the accuracy and effectiveness of our AI's understanding of customer interactions. Your work will directly impact how we evaluate and improve agent performance.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Design and implement natural language prompts to guide AI analysis of contact center conversations.
- Evaluate prompt performance and iterate based on feedback and data to improve AI comprehension.
- Collaborate with AI engineers and product managers to define prompt requirements.
- Contribute to the development of best practices for prompt engineering within the WEM AQM product.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in prompt engineering or a similar role involving natural language processing.
- Demonstrated experience with large language models (LLMs).
- Proven ability to write clear, concise, and effective prompts.
Nice to have
- Experience with contact center technology or quality management processes.
- Familiarity with Five9's WEM AQM product.
