What you'll do

• Design, implement, and optimize natural language prompts for our Agentic Quality Management (AQM) system.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate prompt strategies into our core platform.
• Analyze prompt performance data to identify areas for improvement and drive iterative enhancements.
• Contribute to the development of prompt libraries and best practices for AI-driven quality assurance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in prompt engineering or a similar AI/NLP focused role.
• Demonstrated experience with large language models (LLMs) and their application.
• Proven ability to write clear, concise, and effective prompts.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a relevant technical or scientific discipline.
• Experience with contact center technologies or workflows.
• Familiarity with prompt tuning and fine-tuning techniques.
