What you'll do

Analyze complex datasets to uncover patterns and areas for improvement within the engineering lifecycle.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate key engineering metrics and findings to stakeholders.

Collaborate with engineering leadership to define key performance indicators and track progress towards strategic goals.

Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend data-driven solutions.

Support the implementation of new tools and methodologies to enhance engineering intelligence.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role within a technology company.

Demonstrated experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

Experience working with large datasets and complex data structures.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Nice to have

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.

Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
