Director, Solution Consulting Operations

This position will oversee the operational aspects of our Solution Consulting team. You will be responsible for driving efficiency and effectiveness within the team's processes and workflows. The goal is to enhance the overall performance and strategic alignment of Solution Consulting.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize the Solution Consulting function.
• Manage and improve processes related to resource allocation, project management, and performance tracking for the Solution Consulting team.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and other departments to ensure alignment and support for go-to-market strategies.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and present findings and recommendations.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of operational tools and systems used by the Solution Consulting team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management, preferably within a technology or software sales environment.
• Proven experience in managing and improving operational processes for a technical or sales-focused team.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Strong understanding of sales cycles and the role of pre-sales technical teams.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
