Senior DevOps Engineer - Infra Services

Join Five9's Infrastructure Services team to build and maintain the core systems that power our cloud contact center solutions. You will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability and scalability of our platform.

What you'll do

• Design, implement, and manage infrastructure as code for our cloud environments.
• Automate deployment, monitoring, and operational tasks for critical services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues to maintain high availability.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system performance and security.
• Contribute to the evolution of our CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure tooling.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or SRE roles.
• Proven experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS.
• Strong understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Go.
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus and ELK stack.

Nice to have

• Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of networking concepts and security best practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
