About the role
Firecrawl is seeking a product leader to define our strategy, roadmap, and prioritization as we scale our data extraction infrastructure for AI agents. You will work directly with our founders and engineering team to navigate a rapidly evolving market, ensuring we build the right tools for developers. This is a hands-on leadership position where you will set the standard for our product function and own the results of every release.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap, making difficult decisions on trade-offs and feature prioritization.
- Translate deep developer insights and market shifts into actionable development plans.
- Collaborate closely with founders and engineers to steer the direction of the company.
- Lead the product function, including management of our Product Operations Engineer.
- Maintain a deep, technical understanding of the product by staying close to developer feedback and usage.
- Take full accountability for product outcomes, including shipping, market reception, and iterative learning.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, specifically leading product functions for developer-focused, API, or technical products.
- Proven track record of owning strategy and roadmap execution for technical tools.
- Ability to engage deeply with engineering teams and earn their trust through technical competence.
- Experience operating in fast-paced environments where shipping and learning are prioritized over heavy process.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
