About the role
Firecrawl is building the infrastructure that allows AI agents to extract data from the web at scale. We are seeking a full-stack engineer to lead our product-led growth efforts by owning the entire user journey from signup through conversion. You will be responsible for instrumenting, testing, and iterating on the surfaces that drive our developer adoption.

What you'll do
- Manage the end-to-end growth funnel, including onboarding, activation, and signup flows.
- Implement tracking and analytics to measure funnel performance.
- Design and execute experiments to optimize conversion rates.
- Write production code across the full stack to ship growth-focused features.
- Analyze data to form hypotheses and iterate rapidly based on performance results.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a full-stack engineer.
- Proven history of owning and improving specific growth or product-led metrics.
- Experience running A/B tests and using data to drive product decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on shipping and measuring outcomes.
- Must be authorized to work in the US or our eligible remote-hire regions without sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Experience building in-product growth surfaces for SaaS or developer tools.
- Proficiency with our stack: Next.js, React, Tailwind, TypeScript, Vercel, PostgreSQL, and Anthropic Claude API.
- Background in building with LLMs, including prompt engineering, tool use, or inference pipelines.
- Experience developing SDKs, playgrounds, or API-first products for developers.

Practical notes
We do not offer visa sponsorship at this time. Compensation outside of the US is adjusted based on local cost of living.
