You will serve as the primary partner to our Chief of Staff, taking ownership of the systems and processes that keep our company functional. This role is designed for a high-autonomy operator who can manage complex workflows across recruiting, HR, and finance while evolving into a versatile leader. We are looking for someone who identifies operational gaps and resolves them independently in a high-urgency environment.

What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end People and Operations functions, including recruiting, onboarding, vendor relations, and expense tracking.
- Act as the primary deputy for the Chief of Staff, stepping in to handle critical tasks and executive support.
- Design and maintain organizational systems that scale alongside our growth.
- Solve ambiguous, unowned problems without needing a formal project specification.
- Coordinate executive prep and ensure all operational threads are closed effectively.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in operations, a chief-of-staff capacity, or a high-ownership generalist role, preferably within a startup.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Proven track record of taking full ownership of outcomes rather than just executing tasks.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- High level of discretion regarding sensitive company, financial, and personnel information.
