Senior Solutions Architect

About the role

Fin is seeking a technical expert to join our Customer Solutions Team and drive the adoption of our AI customer agent technology. You will act as a primary advisor to clients, demonstrating how our platform solves complex service and sales challenges while bridging the gap between customer needs and our product roadmap.

What you'll do

• Lead technical discovery sessions to uncover and resolve client requirements.
• Present the technical value of our platform to both business and technical stakeholders.
• Design and manage tailored Proof of Concept projects to demonstrate product capability.
• Handle RFP responses and security inquiries using established internal resources.
• Act as a feedback loop for the Product and Engineering teams to influence future development.
• Develop and refine internal playbooks to improve our pre-sales processes.
• Provide ongoing support to ensure client success and long-term value realization.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical pre-sales, specifically managing relationships with C-level stakeholders.
• Proven ability to conduct technical discovery and deliver high-impact presentations.
• Experience managing the full lifecycle of POCs and RFP documentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently within a collaborative team.
• Capacity to translate complex business issues into technical solutions for diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as required by the role.
