About the role
Fin is looking for a senior product marketer to define the positioning of our AI platform and Apex model family for technical audiences. You will bridge the gap between complex engineering capabilities and developer-focused narratives to establish our market leadership. This is a foundational role for someone who wants to shape how we communicate our extensible architecture to builders and technical decision-makers.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Develop the narrative for our Apex models to highlight why our proprietary AI investment is a competitive advantage.
- Create positioning and messaging for our platform surfaces, including APIs, MCP, CLI, and integrations.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate technical specs into clear, compelling stories.
- Define our ideal customer profile and target audience among developers, AI teams, and technical buyers.
- Produce high-quality marketing assets such as launch pages, technical documentation, demos, and sales enablement materials.
- Gather insights by engaging directly with developers to understand their evaluation and adoption processes.
- Lead go-to-market strategies for platform releases in coordination with marketing and content teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the B2B sector.
- Proven ability to market technical products to developers, AI/ML teams, or technical buyers.
- Hands-on technical aptitude with the ability to navigate APIs and technical documentation independently.
- Strong editorial judgment and writing skills to produce clear, high-impact content.
- Experience working closely with product and engineering leadership on high-stakes projects.
- A deep interest in the evolution of the AI stack and how it impacts builders.
