About the role

Fin is seeking a product leader to advance our AI Customer Agent technology. You will guide our roadmap and drive the development of software that helps global businesses manage customer support, sales, and ecommerce.

What you'll do

• Manage the product roadmap by prioritizing inputs to ensure the team focuses on high-impact projects.
• Conduct user research and interact with customers to define and frame specific problems.
• Partner with your team to brainstorm creative solutions and scope them into manageable releases.
• Measure the success of your features using quantitative and qualitative data throughout the beta and post-launch phases.
• Maintain high standards for product quality and performance.
• Lead and motivate your team to deliver excellent results.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with a history of shipping successful products.
• Experience managing multiple projects and collaborating across various teams.
• Proven ability to work closely with design teams to prioritize the end user experience.
• Demonstrated experience in a leadership role.
• Ability to communicate product rationale clearly and make independent decisions without needing consensus.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management.
• Deep expertise in using both qualitative research and quantitative data to guide product strategy.
• Ability to conduct user research and A/B testing.
• Self-driven, organized, and capable of switching between creative and analytical thinking.
