Senior Product Engineer

About the role

Fin is seeking a product engineer to join our multidisciplinary teams to solve complex customer problems. You will build full-stack systems while collaborating with designers, researchers, and product managers to scale our AI Customer Agent platform.

What you'll do

• Architect and develop technical plans to support a platform serving tens of millions of daily users.
• Write Ruby code to integrate AWS, infrastructure, and SaaS components.
• Deploy code to production on your first day and release features within your first week.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in the candidate interview process.
• Utilize AI-powered developer tools to streamline workflows and reduce friction.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience, ideally within a SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver significant impact on product outcomes and team performance.
• Proficiency in a high-level programming language such as Ruby, Python, or Javascript.
• Practical experience working with distributed systems.
• Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams including designers and product managers.
