Senior Product Designer

Fin is seeking a hands-on Senior Product Designer to elevate the visual and interaction quality of our AI Customer Agent. This role focuses on deep craft and execution, requiring an individual who can independently drive complex product areas from concept to final delivery. You will join a design-led organization where your work directly impacts millions of users.

What you'll do

• Lead the end-to-end design process for strategic product features.
• Create and test new interaction paradigms for AI-driven automation tools.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to define and solve complex user problems.
• Produce high-fidelity prototypes to validate design decisions and communicate concepts.
• Maintain high standards for visual and interaction quality while operating with speed.
• Mentor team members and contribute to the evolution of internal design culture.

Requirements

• Proven experience shipping high-quality, complex software products.
• Ability to design for diverse surfaces including desktop, mobile, and chat interfaces.
• Strong systems thinking combined with an obsession for pixel-perfect detail.
• Technical fluency to build functional prototypes using tools like code, Framer, Loveable, Windsurf, Vercel, or Figma.
• Ability to articulate design decisions clearly and tell compelling stories.
• High level of autonomy and ownership in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.

Skills & tools

• Proficiency in modern prototyping and design software (Figma, Framer, etc.).
• Experience with AI-first or emerging interaction patterns.
• Ability to bridge the gap between design and engineering through technical understanding.
