Senior Pre-Sales Engagement Manager at Fin.
About the role
Fin is seeking a professional to define how our AI Customer Agent is implemented for clients before contracts are finalized. You will collaborate with the sales department to design deployment strategies that ensure rapid value realization and long-term success. This role requires building new processes from the ground up rather than following existing templates.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Lead scoping sessions with C-level and Director-level stakeholders to map out support goals and operational constraints.
- Work alongside Sales to structure deals and define the value proposition for potential clients.
- Draft comprehensive Statements of Work including timelines, project dependencies, and client obligations.
- Re-engineer customer experience workflows to utilize AI rather than simply mirroring legacy processes.
- Analyze integration requirements, migration complexity, and Fin readiness to inform project scoping.
- Act as a primary point of contact between clients and internal Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
- Develop and refine internal tools and methodologies to scale pre-sales and deployment operations.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in pre-sales, consulting, solutions architecture, or customer success.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executive leadership.
- Proven history of drafting accurate Statements of Work that result in successful project outcomes.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to partner with sales teams to close business.
- Understanding of SaaS, AI automation, integration architecture, and change management.
- Hands-on experience experimenting with AI tools to understand their impact on workflows.
- Willingness to challenge internal and external stakeholders to ensure project viability.
