Senior Partnerships Manager, EMEA at Fin.
About the role
Fin is looking for a strategic leader to establish and expand our partner ecosystem across the EMEA region. You will define our regional partner strategy, building relationships with systems integrators and resellers to drive revenue and scale our AI customer support agent.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Manage a portfolio of EMEA partners including systems integrators, cloud resellers, and local consultants.
- Create and execute joint go-to-market strategies with regional CX implementation partners.
- Generate sales pipeline through account mapping, warm introductions, and deal support.
- Orchestrate joint enterprise opportunities by aligning cloud resellers and consulting teams.
- Build and maintain high-level relationships with partner leadership.
- Report on partner-sourced and influenced revenue to regional and internal leadership.
- Assist with partner-led implementations to ensure quality and partner engagement.
- Evaluate inbound partnership inquiries and proactively recruit new partners.
- Localize global partnership programs for the EMEA market.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in channel, alliances, or partnership roles within enterprise SaaS, cloud, or CX software.
- Proven ability to manage both cloud resale and consulting partnerships.
- Experience building partner programs from the ground up.
- Strong commercial focus with a track record of driving measurable revenue.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with direct sales teams.
- Experience working with stakeholders ranging from partner CROs to marketing managers.
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth environment.
- Familiarity with the EMEA market and willingness to travel regularly.
- Strong operational rigor and communication skills.
- Interest in AI and using AI tools to improve workflows.
