About the role
Fin is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to manage the company website, which serves as the primary hub for product information and lead generation. You will work within Team Web to develop both the user-facing interface and the underlying backend architecture.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Design and maintain end-to-end web solutions, covering UIs, backend services, APIs, and infrastructure.
- Partner with brand, design, marketing, and content teams to deploy performant web and mobile experiences.
- Build backend logic, manage data flows, and integrate third-party platforms.
- Improve website performance through asset management and lazy loading techniques.
- Manage infrastructure via Terraform, AWS, and Vercel, while maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Deploy web analytics and A/B testing frameworks to support data-driven decisions.
- Write backend software to ensure independent delivery of features.
Requirements
- 8+ years of full stack development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Expertise in React, Next.js, and Tailwind.
- Experience with CMS platforms like Contentful or Sanity.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as Marketo and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with CI/CD workflows using tools like CircleCI.
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code, specifically Terraform and AWS services like CloudFront and S3.
- Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization.
- Ability to write tests for front-end components using frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
