About the role
Fin is hiring a Senior Field Marketing Manager, Brand Activations to lead in-person and hybrid experiences across North America. You will connect brand strategy with demand generation and sales, turning memorable activations into measurable pipeline. This hands-on position requires building scalable processes from scratch while collaborating with multiple teams.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Lead planning and on-site delivery of strategic events, community programs, and product launches alongside the Brand Activations team
- Prepare sales teams with messaging, materials, and context to engage prospects before, during, and after activations
- Design staffing plans for each event, matching the right people to the right roles
- Build supplementary programs such as VIP dinners, roundtables, and meetups to deepen engagement and accelerate pipeline
- Set KPIs for every activation, track results, and report outcomes tied to pipeline and revenue
- Document workflows and create repeatable playbooks to support a scalable global field marketing function
- Coordinate with Brand, Sales, Growth, Product Marketing, and external partners to deliver cohesive experiences
- Manage agencies, venues, and vendors to ensure smooth logistics and execution
Requirements
- 6+ years in field marketing, event marketing, or experiential marketing within B2B SaaS
- Track record of converting brand experiences into measurable business results including pipeline, revenue, and engagement
- Experience enabling sales teams and building supporting programs
- Strong project management abilities with capacity to handle multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
- Hands-on experience running large-scale events and high-touch activations on site
- Builder mentality with enthusiasm for creating structure and processes where none exist
- Clear communication and stakeholder management skills across internal and external groups
- Data-driven mindset for goal setting, reporting, and optimization
- Availability to travel as events require

Practical notes
- Base salary range for San Francisco Bay Area candidates is $175,000 to $188,000, depending on education, skills, experience, and location
- Compensation includes meaningful equity via Restricted Stock Units and eligibility for corporate bonus or sales incentive
