About the role

Fin develops AI customer agents that manage service, sales, and ecommerce interactions for nearly 30,000 global businesses. This role joins the Research, Analytics and Data Science team to turn complex data into strategic product improvements.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Collaborate with product teams to define critical questions and provide data-backed answers.
• Work with designers, engineers, and product managers to establish success metrics, set targets, and evaluate outcomes.
• Develop and maintain end-to-end data pipelines while refining data sources.
• Coordinate with product researchers to create a comprehensive view of business and customer performance.
• Guide product strategy and roadmaps through quantitative research, experimentation, and exploratory analysis.
• Create automated dashboards and predictive models.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to the wider company.
• Help improve the internal operations and foundations of the RAD organization.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of professional experience using data to solve problems and support evidence-based decisions.
• Advanced SQL proficiency and experience applying statistical methods to analytical challenges.
• Demonstrated history of independently delivering actionable insights that create measurable impact.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in a scientific programming language such as Python or R.
• Growth-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.

Nice to have

• Experience with BI and visualization platforms like Looker, Superset, or Tableau.
• Background in ETL pipeline development and data modeling.
• Prior experience working directly within product teams.
• Ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency in coding, analysis, and communication.
