Account Executive, Senior MidMarket

About the role

Fin is looking for a Senior MidMarket Account Executive to drive new business growth for our AI Customer Agent platform. You will join a high-performing sales organization focused on helping companies improve their customer support through our proprietary AI models.

What you'll do

• Lead the adoption and expansion of Fin within the Senior MidMarket segment.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from initial prospecting to final contract closure.
• Deliver precise revenue forecasts and maintain visibility into sales performance.
• Develop custom product demonstrations based on specific client requirements.
• Mentor team members and participate in collective professional development.
• Act as a feedback loop between customers and our internal Product and Marketing teams.
• Establish new sales best practices to support the growth of our global Enterprise business.
• Stay current on all product updates and internal sales processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an Account Executive role.
• 3+ years of experience selling SaaS products.
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Ability to secure net new business in competitive markets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience managing both inbound and outbound sales leads across various industries.
• Growth-oriented mindset with high intellectual curiosity.
