What you'll do

• Design, build, test, and deploy high-quality features across the entire software stack.
• Take ownership of critical product areas that influence user experience, internal efficiency, or revenue.
• Work with product, design, data science, support, and sales teams to define product direction and solve complex challenges.
• Operate and monitor the systems you create, prioritizing reliability, security, performance, and user experience.
• Contribute to team culture by mentoring colleagues, giving feedback, and fostering a collaborative engineering environment.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience, with a history of delivering and maintaining complex systems or products in production.
• Full-stack experience, including modern front-end frameworks like React and TypeScript, and back-end technologies such as Ruby, Go, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, demonstrated through effective cross-functional teamwork.

Nice to have

• Experience with Rust, WebAssembly, or graphics rendering technologies.
• Previous work on extensibility platforms (plugins, APIs, widgets) or contributions to open-source developer communities.
• An interest in creating excellent developer or user experiences, with an eye for elegant and maintainable architecture.
• Enthusiasm for learning and teaching, including mentoring, leading initiatives, or sharing knowledge during code reviews or pairing sessions.
