We are looking for a Strategic Program Manager to join the Figma Weave team and help scale a rapidly growing business.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Lead cross-functional programs from initial problem definition through rollout, change management, and performance measurement.
- Manage Figma Weave's operational rhythm, including planning, executive team meetings, All Hands content, and progress reviews.
- Design and implement AI-driven automations to eliminate repetitive manual tasks across various departments.
- Create dashboards, review processes, and other inspection tools to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Develop business cases for major decisions by structuring complex problems, conducting research, and presenting clear, data-backed recommendations.
- Convert strategic objectives into concrete programs with defined owners, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.
- Prepare executive communications, such as planning documents, All Hands content, and board materials, to synthesize insights and build alignment.
- Provide light budget oversight and operational rigor, addressing emerging operational needs by building necessary systems, programs, or teams.
Requirements
- Recent experience leading end-to-end cross-functional programs at a high-growth software or AI company.
- A history of delivering measurable outcomes and transforming team workflows, not just creating frameworks.
- Proficiency in technical and analytical concepts, including SQL and modern data tools.
- Regular, hands-on use of AI in your work, with experience building or deploying automations that reduced manual effort.
- A systems-oriented mindset, focusing on underlying processes and building scalable mechanisms.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, operating autonomously and earning trust across different functions and seniority levels.
Nice to have
- Basic coding skills (Python, JavaScript, SQL, or scripting) or direct experience with agentic AI tools.
- Background working across product, marketing, and customer experience in a SaaS or platform business.
- Familiarity with creative tools, developer tools, or design platforms.
