About the role
The Strategic Finance team manages Figma's financial planning, resource allocation, and business analysis to solve critical company challenges. You will gain deep visibility into business operations while partnering with leadership to drive decision-making and scale financial processes. We are currently hiring for multiple positions across our Go-To-Market, Corporate, and Growth finance functions.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Define and monitor KPIs to track business performance and support growth initiatives.
- Create monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and operating plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights for executive leadership.
- Manage and refine financial processes to support company operations.
- Work with Data Science and RevOps to improve ARR data accuracy and forecasting models.
- Present financial findings and recommendations to the CFO, CMO, and CRO.
- Use AI-driven tools to automate workflows and increase the speed of financial operations.
- Scale financial rhythms as the company expands.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to functional leaders.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, Big 4 audit, or business operations.
- Proven ability to build financial plans and perform data-driven analysis.
- Experience creating processes from the ground up and transforming complex data into actionable plans.
- Strong independent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage priorities under deadlines.
- Experience communicating and building partnerships with stakeholders across all levels of an organization.
Nice to have
- Background in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment, specifically within GTM finance.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience using AI tools to manage large datasets.
