About the role
Join Figma's Solutions Consulting team to help enterprise clients understand the full potential of our platform. This role involves blending technical knowledge with business insight to demonstrate Figma's value. You will guide customers through technical discussions and solution designs, contributing to revenue growth and product innovation.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Present the vision of the Figma Platform and illustrate its value through product demonstrations.
- Support the Sales team by answering platform questions and showing how Figma speeds up digital product delivery.
- Manage customer IT and Security relationships during the sales cycle, addressing security questionnaires and enterprise inquiries.
- Partner with Product and Support to find ways to improve account security through new features and influence the product roadmap.
- Develop and expand technical sales efforts, fostering communication between customers, sales, and product teams.
- Create valuable content for customers and internal partners about the Figma platform.
- Collaborate with team members to refine your skills and work independently.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience.
- 4+ years in sales engineering or solution consulting within a SaaS company.
- Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and manage competing customer and business demands.
- Experience positioning technology presales, defining success criteria, and leading evaluations.
- Familiarity with the enterprise SaaS ecosystem.
- Excellent communication skills for various audiences, with a talent for compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
- Fluency in both German and English.
- Experience in front-end development or the developer lifecycle.
Nice to have
- Experience using or working with Figma, or other UX/UI experience.
