Sales Operations Manager

About the role

Figma is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to support our APAC sales organization. You will function as a key business partner, helping our team scale revenue across both assisted and self-service sales channels.

What you'll do

• Use AI tools to improve the speed and accuracy of pipeline analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
• Promote AI adoption within the sales team by establishing workflows and best practices.
• Collaborate with sales leaders across APAC subregions to manage diverse market needs and time zones.
• Oversee operational tasks such as quota setting, crediting, and escalations for Sales and Finance.
• Present trends, risks, and opportunities during forecasting meetings.
• Provide recommendations on headcount, territory carving, and organizational design.
• Manage QBR and MBR reviews by analyzing KPIs and funnel trends.
• Maintain data quality and manage performance dashboards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably within a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated ability to apply AI to increase the scale and efficiency of sales operations.
• Experience supporting sales teams across multiple regions with an ability to manage cross-cultural and cross-timezone requirements.
• Technical proficiency in Salesforce, BI tools, and the creation of complex financial models, spreadsheets, and executive presentations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for leadership.

Nice to have

• Advanced analytical skills including SQL fluency and expertise in BI visualization tools like Sigma.
• Experience with account and contact data-enrichment pipelines and providers such as Clay.
