About the role

Figma is seeking an experienced full-cycle recruiter to support the company's expansion in India. This role involves developing and executing talent acquisition strategies, collaborating with stakeholders, and hiring top talent across various business functions. You will build relationships, uphold company values, and contribute to recruiting best practices.

What you'll do

• Manage the entire recruiting process for business organizations, especially go-to-market functions like sales and marketing.
• Work with leaders to create strategies for sourcing candidates for key positions.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through outreach, events, and content, while also processing inbound applications and referrals.
• Use data to guide hiring strategies and present insights to executives to drive improvements.
• Identify, conceptualize, and lead initiatives to improve business processes.

Requirements

• 6 or more years of in-house full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-growing company.
• Experience collaborating with senior executives on high-volume searches within go-to-market organizations.
• Deep understanding of the SaaS and scaling technology market in India.
• Advanced skills in sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
• Ability to create talent strategies with hiring managers and provide an excellent candidate experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with hiring across multiple countries in the APAC region.

Practical notes

Candidates are required to keep cameras on during video interviews. In-person onboarding is also required if hired.
