What you'll do
- Direct the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for Figma Weave as it scales to new user groups.
- Improve node-based workflows to make them more accessible and adaptable for various creators.
- Create abstraction layers that allow teams to modify workflows without losing brand consistency or quality.
- Build features that help users generate and iterate on creative outputs efficiently.
- Balance immediate user needs with long-term architectural investments.
- Communicate complex technical and workflow concepts to stakeholders.
- Define and track metrics related to adoption, output quality, and user impact.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a full-time Product Manager role.
- Experience building products centered on multi-step creation pipelines or structured workflows.
- Ability to navigate technically complex environments with strong product intuition.
- Proven track record of scaling products to new audiences while maintaining depth for advanced users.
- Skill in cross-functional leadership and defining structure within ambiguous, emerging product areas.
Nice to have
- Experience with generative AI, automation platforms, node-based tools, or creative software.
- Familiarity with large-scale content production, motion design, or brand systems.
- Background in moving products from early adoption to wider market reach.
- Experience managing multiple user personas within one ecosystem.
