Figma Weave is developing an AI-native platform that integrates advanced models with human creative judgment for professional teams. We are seeking an Events Manager to establish our physical presence and drive enterprise pipeline through strategic event planning.

What you'll do

• Define the event strategy, determining which conferences and programs align with our brand awareness and pipeline goals.
• Manage end-to-end execution for standalone events and executive programs, while coordinating with regional and field marketing teams.
• Oversee content, branding, and speaking engagements at major industry conferences in partnership with the central demand-gen team.
• Direct external agencies and vendors to deliver on project briefs.
• Partner with sales leadership to ensure event activities directly contribute to lead generation and pipeline targets.
• Develop and maintain the events budget, tracking performance metrics from initial reach to final pipeline contribution.
• Engage directly with VP-level stakeholders during events and executive sessions.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing enterprise or industry events from initial strategy through final execution.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and understand pipeline-driven marketing motions.
• Experience managing third-party agencies and service providers to meet specific project outcomes.
• Professional confidence when interacting with senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Skill in navigating complex partner ecosystems and coordinating across multiple internal departments.

Nice to have

• Background in creative tech, design platforms, or AI-focused tools.
• Experience balancing brand awareness initiatives with pipeline-focused event strategies.
