About the role
Figma is looking for a Customer Enablement Manager to guide our largest clients in maximizing the value of our platform. You will create and implement strategic enablement plans that foster product adoption and long-term success.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Oversee the adoption journey for a portfolio of major, strategic accounts.
- Use product data to define success metrics and build proactive engagement strategies.
- Create high-quality, customized enablement plans.
- Provide product expertise, best practices, and use cases to help teams fully utilize Figma.
- Establish strong relationships with stakeholders ranging from individual contributors to executive leadership.
- Identify and support internal champions to advocate for Figma within their companies.
- Partner with Account Executives on account reviews, renewal risk, and expansion efforts.
- Conduct live, scalable training sessions tailored to specific customer maturity levels.
- Work with Onboarding Managers, Technical Account Managers, Solutions Consultants, and Industry Advocates to ensure client success.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in SaaS roles such as Technical Account Management, Customer Success, Customer Enablement, or Account Management.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse customer personas.
- A consultative, customer-first mindset for solving problems and increasing adoption.
- Proven ability to drive outcomes, adapt to changing needs, and work across functional teams.
Nice to have
- Prior experience using Figma or other design and collaboration software.
- Background in Frontend Development, Design Ops, or UX/UI.
