Senior Software Engineer at Feedzai.
About the role
Join our Customer Success Engineering team to deliver high-standard technical solutions for global financial institutions. You will act as a technical consultant, managing the installation, configuration, and customization of our fraud analysis platform while collaborating with cross-functional project teams.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Manage the full software development lifecycle for core product integrations and enhancements.
- Develop custom Java interfaces and extensions for our fraud analysis engine.
- Configure and deploy solutions across on-premise and cloud environments.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing production systems.
- Collaborate with project managers, data scientists, and fraud analysts to translate client needs into technical requirements.
- Provide second-tier support for live client environments.
- Mentor team members and promote engineering best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master of Science in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 4+ years of professional experience in Java development.
- Proficiency in JVM memory management and threading for high-performance systems.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles or technical consulting.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
Nice to have
- Experience with Zookeeper, RabbitMQ, Cassandra, Ansible, Docker, and various database technologies.
