Feedzai is seeking a Senior Program Manager to serve as the primary operational lead within the Chief of Staff Office. You will manage internal programs, drive business resilience, and provide data-driven insights to support executive decision-making.

What you'll do

• Direct the operational cycle, including team offsites and town halls, while coordinating cross-functional people programs.
• Lead the Business Continuity Program by managing readiness and embedding continuous improvement frameworks.
• Synthesize complex data into executive summaries to track organizational health for the Chief of Staff and SVP of Operations.
• Manage high-priority, ad-hoc projects that span multiple departments.
• Partner with the Chief of Staff to execute Extended Leadership Team initiatives and all-hands meetings.
• Identify and implement process improvements, including the integration of AI tools to automate tasks and increase department productivity.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in strategic project management, management consulting, or a Chief of Staff role within a high-growth technology company.
• Master degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, or a related technical field.
• Proven ability to synthesize data and perform research to build executive narratives.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on process design.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with complete discretion.
• Fluency in English with the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization.
