Senior Platform Engineer

About the role

Feedzai is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to advance our Internal Developer Platform and streamline our engineering workflows. You will architect and scale infrastructure solutions that empower our teams to deploy secure, high-performance code with greater efficiency. This position focuses on building automation and tooling to support our mission of preventing financial crime through real-time AI.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Design, scale, and maintain enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure.
• Lead the development of internal tools and automation platforms using Go or Bash.
• Mentor fellow engineers on best practices, documentation standards, and clean code principles.
• Manage incident responses and conduct root-cause analysis to implement long-term platform improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional engineering experience, specifically in building internal developer platforms or build systems.
• Proficiency in software engineering fundamentals with hands-on coding skills in Go, Java, Python, or Bash.
• Extensive production experience with containerized workloads using Kubernetes and Docker.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD architecture, security, and scalability.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating Generative AI tools to optimize developer workflows.
• Professional experience with AWS or other major cloud providers.
• Relevant Kubernetes or cloud-related certifications.
