About the role
Feedzai is seeking a strategic Partnerships Manager to lead our regional ecosystem across the DACH region and broader EMEA. You will cultivate relationships with Global System Integrators, OEMs, payment processors, and hyperscalers to drive revenue and integrate our financial crime prevention technology into their platforms.

What you'll do
- Execute a regional partner strategy that aligns with global objectives.
- Manage sell-to, sell-with, and sell-through motions across diverse partner types.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships to foster long-term collaboration.
- Oversee partner recruitment, onboarding, and regional enablement programs.
- Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue growth.
- Create joint action plans to accelerate pipeline generation and deal closure.
- Monitor partner performance metrics, KPIs, and NPS using BI and PRM tools.
- Coordinate marketing efforts, including joint campaigns and executive summits.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus) or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in business development or partner management within the software sector.
- Proven success in developing and executing global partner strategies.
- Experience working with System Integrators, OEMs, Resellers, and technology partners.
- Proficiency in AI, big data, and machine learning concepts.
- Understanding of the banking and financial services landscape.
- Fluency in English and German.
- Ability to travel globally as required.
