Join the Risk and AI team to serve as a primary advisor for financial institutions using our fraud and digital trust solutions. You will guide clients through the deployment of our technology, ensuring they effectively mitigate financial crime while optimizing their operational performance.

What you'll do

• Act as a subject matter expert on fraud and digital trust, providing guidance to both internal teams and external partners.
• Monitor key performance indicators for client deployments to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
• Present research and analytical findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with integration consultants to align solution designs with client requirements.
• Assist in developing training materials and documentation for end users.
• Support project teams by identifying data dependencies and articulating technical needs.
• Provide feedback on product enhancements and reported system defects.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience within the financial services sector, specifically in fraud and digital domains.
• Professional experience in risk analysis and customer-facing roles.
• Fluency in English with strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to travel approximately 5 to 10 percent of the time.

Nice to have

• Over 5 years of financial services experience in fraud and digital sectors.
• Professional certification from ACFE or ACAMS.
• Technical proficiency in Python, R, or SQL.
