About the role

This 12-month internship supports our Cost and FTE Senior Analyst in managing workforce allocations and financial cost structures. You will gain hands-on experience in a multinational environment while assisting with budgeting, headcount tracking, and cross-departmental financial reporting.

What you'll do

• Support the Cost and FTE Senior Analyst with reporting, data collection, and analysis.
• Monitor actual expenses against budget targets and coordinate with departments to resolve variances.
• Assist in the preparation of management presentations and financial reports.
• Validate purchase orders to ensure budget compliance.
• Participate in workforce planning by tracking FTE positions and performing headcount analysis.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial modeling.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across different teams.
• Proactive mindset with a desire to learn.
• Foundational knowledge of cost analysis, financial statements, and budgeting.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Google Suite.
