Senior Analyst Engineer

You will transform complex operational data into actionable intelligence to guide senior leadership decision-making. This role focuses on building automated systems and data products that replace manual reporting with self-service insights, allowing the product organization to scale efficiently.

What you'll do

• Design and maintain automated dashboards and data signals that provide direct insights to leadership without manual intervention.
• Ensure high data integrity by documenting calculation logic and maintaining rigorous standards for all metrics.
• Partner with engineering teams to define upstream data requirements and instrumentation.
• Translate raw operational data into clear narratives for directors and senior management to support investment and capacity trade-offs.
• Implement AI-driven and agentic workflows to automate governance, reporting, and alerting processes.
• Challenge internal stakeholders with evidence-based analysis when data contradicts intuition.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in data analytics, decision intelligence, or analytics engineering within B2B product or engineering environments.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas) for data modeling and pipeline development.
• Strong grasp of business financials, including ROI, cost, and margin metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and communicate complex information clearly.
• Experience building self-service data products and automated monitoring systems.
• High level of autonomy in framing and solving ambiguous problems from start to finish.
• Expert-level use of BI tools such as Looker, alongside Jira, Confluence, and Google Suite.
• A proactive approach to using GenAI and automation as a primary force multiplier in daily work.

• Prior experience working on pricing and monetization projects.
