About the role
Fanatics Betting & Gaming is looking for a leader to manage the strategy and execution of our fraud prevention and responsible gaming systems. You will guide the product roadmap to ensure our platforms remain compliant, secure, and user-friendly while supporting our high-growth environment.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Establish the product vision and key performance indicators for all fraud and responsible gaming platforms.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from initial concept and design through to final delivery and ongoing optimization.
- Coordinate with compliance, finance, risk, operations, design, and commercial departments to ensure alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
- Identify new opportunities for platform differentiation by tracking industry trends and competitor activity.
- Integrate data analytics and artificial intelligence to improve operational efficiency and customer safety.
- Communicate product strategy to executive leadership and external partners.
- Oversee system performance and platform integrations to support internal operations and compliance teams.
Requirements
- 8 to 10+ years of professional experience in product management.
- Demonstrated history of managing end-to-end product lifecycles and achieving measurable business results.
- Proficiency in agile development, product discovery, and data-informed decision-making.
- Ability to influence stakeholders at the executive level through clear communication.
- Experience driving organizational change within complex, matrixed business structures.
